We treat walk-in illness and injury for one flat visit price
An immediate care visit at FICOM is $150, and you will know that before you check in. Additional fees may be incurred based on provider orders, and we will tell you those prices up front too. We strive to treat as much as we safely and effectively can right here in the clinic.

Pediatric care may be more limited, so please call before bringing a child under the age of 10.
Immediate care walk-ins are accepted Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
What we treat
Respiratory and ENT
Sore throat, strep exposure and testing, ear pain and ear infections (no foreign body removal from ears), sinus infections, mild cough, upper respiratory infections, flu-like symptoms, COVID symptoms and testing, mild fever, and nasal congestion.
Minor injuries
Small cuts and lacerations, suture removal, minor burns, sprains and strains, minor contusions and bruises, minor finger and toe injuries, mild back strain, minor ankle and knee injuries, and splint checks.
Skin
Rashes, poison ivy and contact dermatitis, insect bites, mild allergic reactions without breathing problems, minor skin infections, abscess evaluation, and minor wounds.
Eye
Pink eye (conjunctivitis), minor eye irritation, foreign-body sensation when appropriate for urgent-care evaluation, and eyelid irritation.
Urinary
Suspected UTIs, simple STI testing when appropriate, and vaginal or yeast symptoms when appropriate.
Stomach and GI
Nausea, mild vomiting, mild diarrhea, mild stomach upset, and medication-related GI symptoms when appropriate.
What we do not treat
We do not treat heavy trauma or obvious life-threatening injuries and health problems.
If someone may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Payment is due before check-in for all self-pay services. We accept cash or card, and we do not accept checks. An additional 6% fee applies if paid with any card.
We do not bill health insurance, and that is why our prices look like this
Our upfront pricing is completely transparent, and we believe it is the most cost-effective care in the area. We do not accept medical insurance for billing purposes outside of workers’ compensation. By excluding the middlemen, we can offer favorable rates directly to you.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. You do not need an appointment for most services, including immediate care visits, pre-employment physicals, and drug screens. Immediate care and physical walk-ins are accepted until 4:00 pm, and the full list of cutoff times by service is on the Contact page.
How long is the wait?
We strive to be quick and efficient. From paperwork turned in to exiting the building, our wait times are often under 20 minutes. Our busiest hours are over lunch from 11 am to 1 pm, and Mondays and Fridays run busier than other days.
Does my child need a parent with them?
Yes. All minors under 18 must have a parent with them at the beginning of the visit, regardless of the service.
Do you take my insurance? What about Medicare or Medicaid?
We do not accept any medical insurance for billing purposes outside of workers’ compensation. Our posted cash prices are the price.
Do you require payment up front?
Yes. All self-pay services require payment prior to check-in. We accept cash or card but not checks, and a 6% fee applies to card payments.
Can I come in for a one-time refill of my prescription?
No. We do not prescribe chronic health management medications outside of our Direct Primary Care program. If you need ongoing care and prescriptions, DPC is built for exactly that.
